- We do not ship to PO boxes.
- Currently we do not ship to addresses outside Malaysia, though we hope to offer this in the future.
- All orders are processed within 3 working days upon confirmed payment. Once your Order has been dispatched we will send you a Dispatch Notification email containing tracking information.
- We do not process orders on public holidays or weekends.
- Fees may vary according to weight of shipment and destination.
- Price listed below includes fuel surcharge and 6% GST for shipping, NOT inclusive 6% GST of the value of the goods:

- As the registered courier is a third-party courier company, we are unable to control the delivery time.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- Ko Skin Care will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.
Incorrect or Defective Items
- For incorrect or defective items, case must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of product. Kindly send us your order number along with information on the incorrect product to email@example.com. For returns, you must meet the following requirements:
- The product(s) must be in UNUSED condition and in its original package. Product packaging must be UNOPENED, UNMARKED, UNDEFACED in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as NON-exchangeable and NON-refundable on drkoskincare.com.
- We do not offer refund in case of change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- All returns will be reviewed first by drkoskincare.com and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
- A refund to the PayPal or bank account that you originally used to make your payment, or
- 1 to 1 exchange (we will bear the cost of their return).
- Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.
- For allergic reactions, we offer solution by case to case basis from 1 to 1 exchange or refund. Kindly send us a detailed description along with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. A medical certificate may be requested.
- Please note that case must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of product.
