Ordering
- All transactions are processed online.
- We do not accept mail orders or phone orders.
Check Out
- If you hold a Voucher Code, kindly enter in the provided column and click “Apply Coupon” for discounted price.
- Remember to fill in all necessary details such as delivery address and contact number.
- Once you are ready, select your preferred payment method and click “Proceed to Payment”.
Order Confirmation
- Upon successful payment you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- If you failed to receive a confirmation email within 48 hours after payment, kindly contact us at info@drkoskincare.com.
- All orders are processed within 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a notification email containing tracking information.
Order Status
- You may check your order status any time by signing in your account.
Change of Order
- We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once payment has been made.
- If your order has not shipped yet, it is possible to cancel your order. Please contact our customer support team at info@drkoskincare.com.
- We are unable to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.
Voucher Code
- Voucher code is valid for 1 (ONE) time use only and will NOT be re-issued.
- All vouchers must be looked after by the purchaser. Dr. Ko Skin Care is not liable for lost or stolen voucher codes used by any other recipient.
- Voucher codes CANNOT be refunded or exchanged for any form of cash, products or services.
- Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers.
Payment
- Please note that cash on delivery option is not available.
Sensitive Skin
- All of the products that Dr. Ko Skin Care carries are allergy tested. However, everyone’s skin is genetically unique and it would be impossible for us to generalize about how your skin will react. Even the most common ingredient might cause sensitive reaction in certain people.
- Kindly navigate to “Sensitive Skin” section under “Understanding Your Skin Condition” page for recommended products. If you are still unsure, please do not make any purchase online but make an appointment to see our doctors.
- For allergic reactions, we offer solution by case to case basis from 1 to 1 exchange or refund. Kindly send us a detailed description along with photos to info@drkoskincare.com. A medical certificate may be requested. Please note that case must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of product. We do not offer refund in case of change of mind.
